Business Solutions Inc. (BSI) is a full service Telecommunications, Wire and Cable, Fiber Optic, Data and Service Company.
BSI is a Business Partner with the AVAYA Communication Corporation. As such, we sell, install, cable and maintain the AVAYA products such as the Definity ECS, MultiVantage, ECLIPS line of VoIP products, Merlin Legend, Merlin Magix and the Partner ACS. Along with these products, voice messaging, Unified Messaging and Multimedia Messaging are also provided and serviced. For our customers who have Legacy products from AT&T, Lucent or AVAYA, BSI actively maintains and provides replacement and/or additional parts. BSI engages in the installation and administration of Call Center Applications (ACD) and Customer Relation Management (CRM). Our clients range from small SOHO applications such as restaurants up to organizations with hundreds, even thousands of end-users such as mutual fund/brokerage organizations and multiple-site auto dealerships.
BSI can simplify our client's data infrastructure with the Extreme Network products. We maintain a highly qualified staff of Microsoft and Cisco certified engineers and technicians. Our close association with IT Portfolio further gives us the ability to live up to our company name of BUSINESS SOLUTIONS.
We maintain a complete cable, wire and fiber-optic division within our company. We provide the finest product and installation of gray type wiring in the industry. Our prices are competitive and we honor wire warranties up to 15 years. BSI is Hubbell-certified and BICSI-certified. This assures our clients that they receive a professional, trouble free wire plant in RG, Cat5, Cat5E, and Cat3 and Cat6 disciplines. Under BICSI guidelines, all safety and fire codes are met or exceeded. We engage in inside and outside campus distribution systems.
BSI provides a wide range of support services for other Avaya Communication Business Partner organizations across the United States. We provide technical support and service to a wide range of other manufacturer's products.
