Management

Harvey N. White, Vice President and Senior Design Consultant, is directly responsible for company development in overall market segments. He is a lead contributor to BSI in the area of executive consultation. Prior to founding of BSI, Mr. White served for over forty years in professional positions with ROLM, IBM, Siemens, and Western Electric / AT&T. During his career, Mr. White was responsible for major projects involving ESS design and installation, all aspects of T-carrier, fiber, LAN/WAN design and implementation, 911 applications, and North American Numbering Plan support and implementation. Experience in digital PBX, voice mail, robotics and call Center applications enhance his consultative abilities. Mr. White has outstanding long-term experience with responsibilities for most project development and implementation inn areas of design, management, networking, implementation and customer relations.

Gary White, Project Director, brings over twenty years of construction experience to BSI. Eight years at the general contractor level makes Gary knowledgeable in all phases of construction. He is well versed in City, State and National Building codes related to new or remodeled construction.

An understanding of cable projects at the horizontal or multi story vertical Premise Distribution Systems including all types of copper and fiber optic cable makes Gary an outstanding Project Manager.

Gary is experienced in establishing telecommunications / data room facilities. Design, bid, and installation including electrical, cooling, lighting and raised floor installation are part of his expertise. He is experienced in the design and installation of the Uninterruptible Power Supply systems including generator and stand-alone UPS systems.

Gary is knowledgeable in the installation and testing of all copper and fiber optic cabling infrastructures, and is a certified cable installer for AMP Netconnect.

Gary is also knowledgeable in the installation of the AVAYA products including Partner, Merlin Magix, IP Office and DEFINITY.

Pat has over thirty seven years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry. He retired from AT&T / Lucent Technologies with 33 years of service.

Working for AT&T as a regional manager over a multi-state area, Pat is experienced with personnel management, subcontractor management, vehicle and real estate management, budget and cost control management, and inventory management. Pat was also responsible for the installation and maintenance of Key, PBX, voice mail, computer and data systems. He was in charge of managing / supervising a thirteen state area with over six hundred technicians and subcontractors for AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Expanets.

Pat is an experienced Cable Distribution Designer for the design and installation of various cabling concepts, including LAN, WAN, and campus installations of copper, coaxial, and fiber optic cable for voice, data, and video applications. Pat is certified as a Lucent / AVAYA SYSTIMAX Designer and Engineer as well as a SYSTIMAX Installation Technician. Pat is also BICSI certified in Residential and Business Infrastructure Wire Trends and is certified for AMP Netconnect Products.

Pat is experienced in project management for the cabling infrastructure and installation of single and multi-site PBX and data installations.

Pat is also knowledgeable with the AVAYA product line including Partner, Merlin Magix, IP Office, and DEFINITY as well as the AT&T Legacy systems.

Mike is a strong source as an Account Executive for BSI.
He comes from a background that started with Mountain Bell thru AT&T, Lucent, and Expanets. He has held many positions within the Bell systems including Account Executive, System Consultant, Manager of the System Consultants, Logistics Specialist, and a number of other jobs.
As a System Consultant, Mike has implemented Merlin, Legend, and Definity with an excellent record of Customer satisfaction.
Mike has an expertise on the Partner, Merlin Legend, Merlin Magix, IP Office and all Definity products.
Mike is a great resource for us and our customers.

Technician

Abel's position within BSI comprises that of a network technician in high capacity voice and data network transmission acceptance.
He further is Avaya PA Certified in the installation and maintenance of AVAYA Partner and Partner Voice Mail Systems.

Abel is a part of BSI's voice and data cable installation group. Abel possesses total knowledge of all copper and co-axial wire infrastructures and is a certified cable installer for AMP Netconnect.

Systems Data Engineer / Telecomm & VoIP Technician

John's position within BSI is the support of, and engineering of Data Systems. John brings to our company the strengths and skills for installation, configuration, and administration of routed, switched LAN and WAN networks. John has his Associate's Degree in LAN/WAN Networking and is certified in VOIP products.
He is also a member of BSI's installation group for Partner, Merlin Legend, Merlin Magix, IP Office, and DEFINITY phone and peripheral equipment.
John is Avaya ACA Certified for the AVAYA IP Office Systems, Intuity/Audix Voicemail Systems, and Multivantage Media Gateways.  He is also Avaya PA Certified in Partner, Merlin Legend, Merlin Magix, and IP Office Compact Contact Center (IP Office Call Center).
John has total knowledge of all copper and fiber optic cabling infrastructure, and is a certified cable installer for AMP Netconnect.

Technician

Gene's position within BSI comprises that of a member of BSI's DEFINITY installation and maintenance team. Gene's thirty two years experience with AT&T and Lucent Technologies Large Business DEFINITY group makes Gene a very valuable member of the BSI team. Gene has total installation, maintenance, and software application knowledge with the AVAYA DEFINITY product line including all DEFINITY SYTEMS, Voice Mail System, Call Accounting, IVR, DEFINITY Wireless and all remote systems application and diagnostics.
Gene is Avaya ACA & ACS Certified for all AVAYA Multivantage Media Gateways, and Intuity/Audix Voicemail Systems. Gene is also certified in ECLIPS switches and voicemail, and possesses total knowledge of copper and fiber optic cable infrastructure.  Gene is a certified cable installer for AMP Netconnect.

Lead Technician

Jason is a Senior Lead Technician for BSI.  Jason is a Certified Hubbell Premise Wiring installer and is a certified cable installer for AMP Netconnect.

His skills include all aspects of copper and fiber optic cable infrastructure. He is Avaya PA Certified in Merlin Legend, Merlin Magix, Merlin Magix Voice Mail, Partner Systems, and Partner Voice Mail.
He is also a member of BSI's installation group for Partner, Merlin Legend, Merlin Magix, IP Office, and DEFINITY phone and peripheral equipment.

Jason has further knowledge of the installation and alignment of roof top antennas in the internet wireless industry.
