When a large automotive client decided that increased availability and communication between customers and sales people in order to improve sales, they called Business Solutions.
We coupled the outcall feature to individual cell phone pagers to either provide "follow me" and "notification" services. This increased sales significantly by allowing active sales people to aggressively engage perspective customers without missing calls from those they had just spoke with.
The sales team became believers in the technology when one of the team received a call from a purchaser late on a Saturday nigh. He convinced the person to come in on Sunday morning. Had the call not been received, a person desiring to make an immediate purchase likely would have gone elsewhere.
